The Media is Now Public Enemy No. 1

‘Public Enemy’ is a phrase that was popularized in the 1930s with the rise of notorious Chicago gangsters like Al Capone and Tony Volpe. These men, and others, were designated as such because they posed an incredible threat to the welfare and security of a lawful society.

Now, almost 100 years later, America’s ‘Public Enemy No. 1” is no longer a person, but rather an entity; the extension of the Democrat party known as the mainstream media.

Although the media has been running a campaign of disinformation for quite some time, many began to take notice once President Trump announced his candidacy. The propaganda was so blatant, some of the moderate outlets wondered if they might ever recover.

CNN is not the only perpetrator of fake news, but it is certainly the most recognized. Chyrons like “Biden Fends off Cicada” and “Fiery but Mostly Peaceful” have provided creative conservative minds with seemingly endless meme ammunition.

However, there is a cost to the entertainment. The media has successfully perpetuated racial tensions that haven’t existed, dividing Americans based on arbitrary levels of melanin. Media operatives push false narratives that fuel animosity, ones that ultimately realize carnage.

In the wake of the attack at the Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, a well-known Black Lives Matter activist is suggesting the act was motivated by the Rittenhouse verdict. In a now-viral video, Vaun Mayes is quoted as saying, “It sounds, quite possible, that the revolution has started.”

His assumption begs the question; why would the Rittenhouse verdict elicit a race-based retaliatory attack?

The answer is simple. The media and the Democrats have manipulated the masses to sabotage race relations and manufacture a war that doesn’t exist. “Racism is not dead, but it is on life support– kept alive by politicians, race hustlers and people who get a sense of superiority by denouncing others as ‘racists.’”

When established news outlets like The Independent promote such patent falsehoods, emotion prevails among many. This is completely irresponsible journalism, and occurs so frequently, one might speculate it is intentional.

But it doesn’t just stop with the media. The Democrats are just as culpable.

Propagandists throughout history have utilized the same tools and techniques now being employed by the public enemies of the American people. French philosopher Alexandre Koyré articulated this tactic best:

“The mob believes everything it is told, provided only that it be repeated over and over. Provided too that its passions, hatreds, fears are catered to. Nor need one try to stay within the limits of plausibility: on the contrary, the grosser, the bigger, the cruder the lie, the more readily it is believed and followed.”

If we are to secure American greatness once again, we must do it united with our countrymen. There is no other way. There is a heavy burden upon us to dismantle the disinformation and repel the attempts of the media and the Democrats to exploit societal stressors.

Timeless Scripture states “And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.”
